1. As soon as you receive the blender, please add some water inside the container to test it. DO NOT run it without anything inside, as it's a bad try for the coupling system.
2. Like buy a new car, it will has some smells; it's totally normal when you're using it at the beginning
It may have some smell, even slight smoke, coming from the motor, but don't worry; that's because the new motor is heating up lubricant that is coated on coils. It will go away after a few more times of use. Thanks for your attention.
3. The jar is NOT dishwasher safe!!
4. The factory has an updated design recently; the jar cover is plastic. So some are rubber covers and some are plastic covers.
