Blu Lotus Boutique Return & Refund Policy and Process

At Blu Lotus Boutique, we want you to love your shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a hassle-free return process.

Return Eligibility

 

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 30 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
  • If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Certain items, such as swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, accessories, and final sale items, are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a Return Request—Contact our customer service team at style@blulotusboutique.com or visit our Returns Portal. 
  2. Receive Return Instructions—We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your item(s).
  3. Ship the Item Back—The item must be shipped back to the warehouse within 30 days of receiving return approval.
  4. Processing & Refund—Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after processing is complete. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

  • A $7 return shipping fee will apply to all returns. Customers will receive a prepaid shipping label via email upon initiating a return unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
  • Returns should be sent to Blu Lotus Boutique, 5896 Jasmine Lane, Westlake, FL 33470.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you receive store credit instead of a refund, it will be issued in the form of a gift card that never expires.

Inspection and Return Assessment

All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. Items that are missing, worn, altered, damaged, or do not meet our return eligibility criteria may result in a reduced refund or no refund. Credit adjustments for items that were not selected for return or show signs of use will be determined after our warehouse completes its review.

Return Processing Time

Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after processing is complete. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Reserved Rights

Blu Lotus Boutique reserves the right to refuse or reject returns that exhibit excessive wear, alterations, signs of fraudulent activity, or other irregular conditions. We may also decline service, both online and in-store, under similar circumstances.

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • A pattern of excessive returns suggestive of wardrobing or rental behavior
  • Returns involving worn, laundered, altered, damaged, or incomplete items
  • Suspected fraudulent or irregular activity

Non-Blu Lotus Boutique items sent to our return address will be discarded upon receipt and will not be eligible for refund or return shipment.
